Selling photos or footage on Shutterstock with subscription system. This means, photos not sold one by one, but depending on how much downloaded. This system allows higher profits earned by contributors. :)
How to become contributor in Shutterstock?
As usual, very simple. You sign up as a contributor, and it's free. You fill out an application form, no need to wait for approval from Shutterstock Team. You can start uploading your content.
However, any content that you upload (photos, footage) must first reviewed by Shutterstock Team. Approved or rejected will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Some information about photos or footage rate price:
* Photo range $0,25 - $ 28 (per download)
* Footage content, you get commission of 30% of each footage purchased.
How and when do I get paid?
You will receive payment automatically :
* at least $75 ( accepted on PayPal and MoneyBookers)
* at least $300 ( If you choose delivery by Cheque )
Payments are issued mid-month.
