This jobs market also have a secure payment system with Escrow system while "Project Sherpa™" allowing a fee for experienced experts to guide all of your projects.
How about payment method?
vWorker will pays all freelancers through Credit Card/PayPal, Snail Mail, or Wire transfer. You can set Your payment schedule (middle or end of month).
