Registration of course free. After you register yourself as a freelancer, Elance first verify your identity. Elance will contact you by phone, you must take the test, and the next you must send your skills certificatio.
If you pass on all these stages, you are ready to apply for jobs offered by your client in the future.
What are the benefits offered by Elance?
