To add to your list, below are another marketplaces for you are freelance writers. Hopefully  all these references be useful for you.

1. Examiner
Founded in 2008. At Examiner, You can write on various topics that you want such as entertainment, lifestyle, health, sports, and other topics, etc. You are paid on page views, unique visitors, or ads performance from your contents. Payment is made via PayPal (min $25 reached).

2. Wikinut
Founded in 2009. You can write content for Wikinut, then you get earn 50% of advert revenue to your Paypal account ( min £5.00, monthly basis payment).

3. Blue Mountain Arts
Founded in 1971. At Blue Mountain Arts, you can create books, gifts, or publishing your poetry in their greeting cards. Blue Mountain Arts pay $300 per poem for the worldwide.

4. Constant-content
Founded in 2004. You can create and sell your articles in Constant-Content. Constant-Content takes 35% commission off of every sale. Payments are made via PayPal or wire transfer.

5. Bukisa
Founded in 2008. You publish your content, you can earn from page views per article you write, and you get 60% of the revenues your Google ads generate.

6. Seed  
A part of AOL Inc, founded in 2009. You as a writer or photographer can join as a contributor on the AOL network. Seed pays you via PayPal, Check, or direct deposit.

Founded in 2006. At Xomba, you can write article on various topics like entertainment, politics, science, home, or technology. Earn 60% of the ad revenue from Google Adsense ads placed on the pages of your articles.
