In my opinion, the world of business both offline or online, build a strong relationship over the long term is a valuable asset for the customers life cycles and business marketing strategy.

I think, the concept of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is an idea that very ideal, relevant and efficient in helping to improve customer loyalty toward a product or service you provide. Whether you are a businessman, marketer, or provider of products/services.

In this post, I would like to invite you to see some services that focuses on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which they provide a targeted features such as CRM for Sales, CRM for recruiters, CRM for small businesses, and others. I saw, Contactually present as a CRM solution that focuses on email CRM, designed to make better relationship, privately, and directly connected to the contacts you specify. In this case, Contactually synchronizes with your email accounts and contacts, and will help you connect with new contacts you email. Track how you met them, remind you to follow up.

Some features offered by Contactually :
  • You can add as many email accounts as you want once you link your primary account.
  • Allows you to export all your contact data to Salesforce and Highrise.
  • Enables you to share information about your contacts with other Contactually users. After creating a team you'll be able to add other members.
  • You can set up a contact list that you want such as Vendor, Manager, Publisher, Co-Worker, etc.
  • There is a statistical report on your dashboard about your contact list activities per day, per week, or as you set.
  • Contactually currently works with all IMAP email providers, including Gmail, Google Apps, Yahoo!, Hotmail, and AOL. And currently building POP3 and MAPI (Exchange) email access.
