For those of you who already have high working hours or high experience, you may have completely selective to avoid fraud.

However, for you are beginner freelancers...how do you respond to this?

Let's discuss this case ...

Maybe you've read my posts "make your self safety as freelancers" stated that there are some identifications of potential fraud on a project, such as :

* Unreasonable price of the project
* Job description is no clear
* An employer does not provide a clear identity
* The project deadline is no clear
* The method of payment is no clear

On my post this time, I was just to add and clarify some things that maybe you should know to avoid the scams work.

Some other analysis that you can use to identify a decent job boards for you to choose :

Before you decide to find a job in a particular outsourcing site, you should do some research first.

I think, some indicators that can be used for checking reputation of  an outsourcing site : The Better Business Bureau, independent review from other sites, reliable press release sites, founding year, tesmonials or users feedback.

To convince your decision, you can ask to your community fields as reference material.

While, On some occasions ... sometimes some clients (independent clients) come in person to hire you. They are interested in your portfolio, and they make a deal with you.

In this case, you as an employed should be more protective. Before you accept and begin to work on projects offered by the client, do the following :

* Identify your client profile (individual or company?)
* Make important deals

I think, the important points in a deals are you gain!, and your clients happy! ( "win-win solution" ) :

* Ask the clarity of job descriptions
* Ask the clarity of work procedures
* Ask the clarity of the project deadline
* Make sure guarantee of payment (eg : the client must pays the price upfront, before the project is completed)

How do you think? how you to identify scams in each job advertisement?

Happy freelancing, keep working, keep health, best success for all! :)
