If you look, in a long time .... I have not write a review about online freelancing jobs. I think, it's important to add your references.
In this review, I keep doing validation on some online jobs marketplaces through online research I did.
I still set some indicators before publishing some job resources such as user testimonials, their history, press releases in some credible medias, site design, payment systems, registration methods, and a few other key indicators.
In this month, I set 7 resources that might help you in finding a job. Here are :
1. LinkUp : LinkUp is owned and operated by JobDig. This site is an employment focused media, technology, and advertising company that has been serving employers and job seekers since 2001. With LinkUp, the company continues its history of innovation in the industry with completely unique paid search advertising solutions for employers and the highest quality job listings available on the web today for job seekers. As a job seeker, you can search for specific jobs using keywords in certain areas. You can apply to job openings found directly on company websites.
2. AIGA Design Jobs : AIGA Design Jobs powered by Coroflot, Based on USA. Job Listings includes : design and general web.
3. The Creative Group : Founded in 1999, Based on USA. The Creative Group specializes in placing interactive, design, marketing, advertising and public relations professionals with a variety of firms. The Creative Group provides you access to a wide array of projects with a diverse client base.
4. People4business : Founded in 2006, Based on UK. People4business connects professionals in any industry or profession with businesses throughout the UK looking for their particular skills.
5. LawPivot : Founded in 2009, Based on Mountain View, California, USA. LawPivot is a marketplace for businesses to receive crowdsourced legal advice from real lawyers.
6. TheLadders : Founded in 2003, Based on New York, USA. TheLadders is a United States-based company providing an online job search service. Job listings includes : technology jobs, finance jobs, marketing jobs, law jobs, HR jobs, and medical jobs. There are 3 types of memberships : Basic membership ( free), Premium membership (starting $25/month), Signature program ( $2495).
7. Urban Interns : Founded in 2009, Based on New York, USA. Urban Interns is an online marketplace that connects high-growth companies with talented candidates looking for internships, part-time jobs, freelance work and contract positions. Free for interns but with $12.95, you can sign up for Urban Interns Premium which grants you a highlighted listing within search results for maximum visibility with employers.
