In digital times today, the protection of copyright and privacy becomes an important issue. Some times ago, we heard about SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) and PIPA (Protect IP Act).
I think, this policy is a really dilemmatic ... means need to be evaluated and dealt with proportionately, because it involves the interests of many parties.
How do you as an online writer, blogger, researcher, or an online business owner?
I think, Internet is the openness times that must be used intelligently and ethically. I personally, refused to plagiarism because indirectly will kill one's creativity.
Simply, the definition of plagiarism in my opinion is "take or claim something from someone else's work without a clear source, without permission, whether used for personal, commercial, and others." Duplicate content not always be interpreted as an act of plagiarism as long as you can appreciate copyright owner through " a credit link, not hide!".
For many bloggers, blog content is their spirits. I agree, besides it can increase the blog owner's credibility, the quality of content (original) will be affect to blog's position on search engine sites, and thus can increase traffic requests.
We as writer, blogger, researcher must be able to respond wisely.
To determine if your contents has been plagiarized, I've compiled some plagiarism checkers below. Hopefully can help you.
