How to Change Customer Complaints as Business Builder

Customer Complaint
With my activities, more than 2 weeks... I did not update this blog. This time, I'm back ... and want to discuss with you.

In this post, I would like to discuss about "how to take the customer complaints in building business".

Creating customer satisfaction or customer loyalty is a valuable asset in building a business. In this case, can not be denied that the role of service quality is very important to any business whether they are engaged in the service or product.

However, when what you give not synchronized with the expectations of your customers, can be ensured that many complaints will come to your business.

Furthermore, would be a challenge when a complaint or negative feedback was spreading like a virus to everyone else even though your competitors.

For that, I think there are two methods to follow up it :

1. Do Internal Survey
  • Conduct a review of what differentiates your product/service with your competitors both in terms of price, product packaging, multiple product options, it always updated?, or other things.
  • Conduct a review of the quality service you provide. Whether your service available 24 hours a day to be contacted, how you give a "Fast Response" to your customer questions, "No Delay" in sending orders, and so forth.
2. Do External Survey

In this case, there are two survey tools to follow up it :
  • Spread The Questionnaire Form
To reach a wide audience, I think the online survey is appropriate to be used. You can set some important points of questionnaires to measure your customer's needs. So, you can evaluate any gaps between what you give and what your customer's needs.
  •  Apply The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method
Build a strong relationship with customer is the foundation in creating customer loyalty on your business. I think, this method is appropriate for your long term business.

In this case, you can use your contact lists either by eCRM tool, social media, or e-mail newsletter. This means that direct communication can make your customers feel closer to you either personally or as a business partner. Thus lets you quickly and accurately capturing what your customer's needs.

Hopefully these simple tips useful to you.

Glad to hear your opinion. Please if you want to give another opinion. Thank you.

Happy freelancing, keep working, keep your health, and good luck for all! :)
