Five-Star Feedback?. That’s right. Getting positive feedback or high rating is the expectation of most freelancers. A good rating, indicating that a freelancer is considered more trusted, credible, professional, and so forth. Thus, will have wider opportunities to hire by any other prospective clients.
I think, a good rating is the main purpose of the "self" marketing strategy in work freelance.
So, what and how "effective way to get a good rating?".
In my opinion, some important points below are also part of the communication factor and the management of online freelancer that I've pointed out :
1. Follow the instructions of projects offered. Before your proposal approved and you hired, you should review the further description of the job project. Anything you want, and what you should do.
2. Giving suggestions or ideas. You should not hesitate to give some ideas for projects offered. The idea that you give, can provide added value and can make your clients more be confident.
3. Agree on the agreement. Before starting to work, you should agree on some contents of the agreement to avoid misunderstandings in the future.
4. Start to working. In the work project, you should show your credibility by always notify or send reports of the project progress. It can be shown that you can rely on.
5. Consistent with the project deadline. This section is very important. You should try to meet the project timeline. If not possible, you should have to confirm to your clients about the delay. Thus, additional time can be agreed on. But, I think this case not to place. Therefore, you should consider before.
6. Give the best to your clients. Keep the quality of your work to produce the best results.
7. Ask for feedback. In the final stage, don’t hesitate to ask for feedback on your work, lack or excess. It will be affect to your next relationship. :)
Maybe the above stages differ with you do. Basically, “You Know Your Own Strategy”.
Glad to hear your views. I hope you give any input or criticism. Thank you.
