Do you have any troubles as online worker?, income issue or other problems?. I hope, this topic might be able to answer these challenges.

In controlling the job projects, we are required to do some things like :

1. When the right time to bid a job project?

2. How to control the project deadline?

3. Billing schedule to the clients?

4. Schedule with family? :)

5. and so forth.

In consequence, manage your job projects. However, enough with rely on time management?

I think not. Working online is no different from working in the real world. Management can measure the quality of our professionalism as an online worker.

This time I will discuss two other important things that :

• Self-management

Whether you only rely on yourself to do a project?. How do you feel, have efficient?. I think, you can consider to work alone. My advice: create a team for big projects, and some others projects adjust to your time.

• Financial management

As we all know that income as an online freelancer uncertain, depending on how many job offers coming. So, needs to be anticipated to avoid the "bad economy" on ourselves or our family. Essentially, "START YOUR FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE". I think you can understand what I mean, means how much your income and how much your expenditure?. How much jobs projects price rate you take?. If necessary, you can calculate the budget for the completion of the project. Essentially, "MAXIMIZE THEIR PAY RATE YOU CAN RECEIVE".
