I think, "Communication factor" is one indicator of success in building good relationships with clients. This means, that excellent communication will be affect to better employment relationship with your clients.So, what should be done to make clients comfortable and happy working with you as a partner?
In my opinion, there are 4 important points to consider :
1. Respect
Undeniable, sometimes there are misunderstandings between worker and employer. In working procedure, revision of project, delays in payment by clients, and all client manner that makes you encumbered. In this case, still treat client with respect. So that makes your client feel cared for. Indirectly, your professionalism will be awakened in the eyes of your clients.
2. Be Honest
Should keep open communication with your client. Convey any mistakes of the development projects that you are doing well from project delays or in delivery of project results. Do not forget to apologize and immediately gives solutions for your mistakes. In this case, allowing your clients more comfortable and trust in you. This means, your image will be awakened.
3. Quick Response
Be active waiter. That means, you have to be more active than your client. You can ask for anything more in your client needs, respond to any complaints or your client questions ( both before and after the contract was made ). In this case, allowing your clients will be back to you for work together in the future.
4. Available
Seek to stay close with your client. You easily contacted anytime. This means, you are ready to provide more services to clients even if you are not in employment contracts. Make meetings, chat, share, or relax with your client at a certain moment will be increase your relationship with your clients in the long term.
