The Secrets Relationship With Clients Effectively

client relationship
Good relation need to fostered to maintain long term partnership. Why it is so necessary?

Let's discuss ...

You are professional freelancers  who have met the qualification is good, certainly not attract the attention of your clients.

Very important to note that, because the client requires a good attitude from you as a service providers.

Believe me, your client will constantly monitor how you give more satisfaction to them.

So, how to start it?

One important thing that must be and still you hold is good attitude. In this case, you need to develop good communication to your clients.

An important point that I can take : good communication makes it possible to get a positive feedback.

Good Communication = Positive Feedback.

How to improve a good communication?

I've review on the post how attract your clients that :
  •  Identify or learn the personality of prospective clients or clients
Each service provider certainly trying to give satisfaction to their customers. In my opinion, It can be done by understanding their personality first. Are they critical personality, grumpy, apathetic, and others.

By knowing your client's personality, you can easily control them emotionally.
  • Make your clients as a co-worker (team work)
Collaborate with your clients. Make them as partners or members of your team. Interactive communication will help you to move freely (out of the procedure) and allows you to overcome all obstacles effectively. Report any progress of project that you have achieved. Give appropriate recommendations to your clients, if there are some important things that need to be changed or expanded. Invite your clients to talk with you. This will help you and your clients to improve the final result of any project.
  • Give "Surprise" to your clients
Point out something special to your clients even though it was outside of the planning project. This can be done by providing small grants as a bonus to your clients, even if you may not get paid.

The conclusion that I can take : With the fulfillment of work ethos and communication that you show as a professional worker ... then your clients will regard you as a long-term business partner. This means that allowing you to be employed in long-term contracts.

Freelancers ASK - How Ways Winning Projects

Winning Projects
Price...Price...Price...

You as professionals or creative freelancers are not separated from price negotiations in some projects.

Yeahh. Price. Price of one important indication in winning a project. I did some analysis, most freelancers have difficulty in determining the price to their prospective clients.

They pressed from such intense competition in the market price of the project. Dilemma : The client wanted the lowest possible prices and highest quality, while you want a decent price according to the quality yourself.

You as being employed certainly consider some aspects of your finances in working on a project.

So, how and what the ideal steps?

Some steps that may help you:
  • Perform market research on several projects in your field.
  • If you have set, do not forget about the quality of your self ... feasible for that price?. In this case, you are still considering the aspects of your finances.
  • Promote yourself, show your prospective clients that you are a special compared with your competitors.
From some of the views mentioned above, raises some questions that stirs :

1. Freelancing = it's all about price? so that the final goal just won, the price is not considered so valuable. Low price, then I win. Of course, will disrupt the market price. ( I think )

2. Freelancing = it's all about level skill, portfolio, certification, education? you need to build integrity. Your integrity = Your price. Good integrity = High prices ( I think ).

3. Freelancing = it's about promotion methods, relationship, networking? establish good relations to prospective clients, clients, partners, team, etc ... lets you get long-term contracts. ( I think ).

According to my view, point (2) and point (3) is more effective to maintain the reputation and your freelancing career. :)

How about you?

Always happy in your freelancing, keep working, keep your health!:)

In my opinion, there are two ways that can be used if you "solo working" : "learning by doing and sell your work."

I mean... learning through the community that match your interests or your expertise and sell your work through the market community in need.

Why the community? because there are various tips or guides on your expertise, and you can easily monitor the latest information about market of your expertise. You can also build a relationship with other users, that means you can share information with peer users.
